Apurva has 13+ years of experience in Transportation Planning, Traffic Design-Operations & Construction field for both private and public sector projects in INDIA & USA. He heads the Traffic & Transportation division of Sincrono Solutions.

After having worked as a Research Assistant for UA & Transportation Engineer for Pennoni Associate, Inc. while in the USA, he returned to India in year 2012. He then served as an overseas Transportation Consultant for Pennoni and executed range of Traffic/Transportation related projects based in USA from Mumbai, India. An eager to start his own venture drove him to set a start-up firm Sincrono Solutions with a fellow University of Alabama graduate and an experience professional like Malhar.

Apurva has a strong track record of successfully managing and completing major 50+ traffic studies for many residential and commercial projects in Virginia & Maryland states of USA. His key expertise are Traffic Impact Studies for land developments in Mumbai-India & USA, Traffic Studies for MoEF & HRC, Feasibility Studies, Transportation Master Plans, Traffic Simulation Modeling, Traffic Operations & Design, Signal Design and Parking Analysis.

Malhar has 10+ years of experience in covering Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering & Information Technology for both private and public sector projects. He is one of the Managing Partner of the Sincrono Solutions.

After working for 5 years with UA & Michael Maris in the USA, Malhar returned to India with an ambition of starting own firm one day. On his return to India in 2010 and having worked as a Transportation Consultant for a consulting firm for 3+ years, he started his own venture with Apurva. He has a strong track record of successfully managing and completing major traffic and parking studies for many residential and commercial projects in major cities across India.

His experience in Traffic & Transportation field includes Traffic Impact Studies for land developments in India/USA, Traffic Analysis using Travel Demand Modeling, Parking studies for optimization/ efficiency, Swept Path Analysis using AutoTrack, Vehicular Retrieval Time Calculations, Traffic study reports and Presentations for govt. (MoEF, HRC) approvals; Interaction with clients for projects, Presentations, Traffic Simulations, etc.

Mr. Sawant is a Structural Engineer with more than 35+ years’ of experience in detailed structural design of buildings, industrial sheds, ROBs, flyovers, and bridges. He is affiliated with Sincrono Solutions’ Traffic & Transportation Engineering division as an Associate – Structural Design.

He masters in design, checking and ensuring safety and stability of enabling works such as formwork & scaffolding arrangements. His experience extends into Feasibility studies, Planning, Preparation of Detailed Project Report, Detailed designs, BOQ & Tender documents and Overall Coordination of various assignments of Highway & Bridge projects.

Rajesh Is a Structural Engineer with more than 14+ years’ of experience in detailed structural design of buildings, industrial sheds, flyovers, bridges, feasibility studies. He is affiliated with Sincrono Solutions’ Traffic & Transportation Engineering division as an Associate – Structural Design.

His expertise are Detailed Design of Flyovers, Detailed Design of Bridges, Detailed Design of RCC for residential and commercial buildings, Feasibility Studies, Technical Report Writing. He has a proven track record of successfully managing and completing the major structural design related studies.

Dr. Ashwini is an Ecologist with a successful track record of working in the industry for more than 15+ years. She is affiliated with Sincrono Solutions’ Traffic & Transportation Engineering division as an Associate – Ecologist, advising us on all environmental & ecological issues for our projects.

Her own venture and our associates “Green Hope” is a pioneering unit focusing efforts on ecological restoration, landscaping, and organic farming. They apply sound science, engage local communities and employ adaptive management strategies to restore degraded ecosystems. They strongly abide by the belief that ecological restoration is about ‘restoring the future’ before it gets less GREEN. Green Hope works on environmental management, conservation of biodiversity, landscaping, nature, Agro Tourism on environment point of view and green services.

Hrishikesh is a Transportation Engineer with around 15 years’ experience in Construction and Project Management, Intelligent Transportation System (ITS), geometric designs of roads, pavement design. He is affiliated with Sincrono Solutions’ Traffic & Transportation Engineer division as Associate PMC.

His expertise are IoT implementation in various Smart City and HTMS/ATMS/ITMS projects, Roads and Highway Construction, Quantity Surveying of residential and commercial buildings. He has a proven ability to successfully manage and execute projects in transportation sector.
